Who says frogs are for warm weather only? Arizona bass pro Dean Rojas is a frog wizard who has won a pile of cash fishing the Bronzeye Frog he designed for SPRO. While fishing Lake Okeechobee on a recent crisp morning, Rojas encountered a cold front that had dropped Okeechobee’s water temperature to the mid-50s. That might not shut down bass elsewhere, but it usually gives Florida’s skinny-water largemouth bass a bad case of lockjaw.
