It’s a new fishing season, and that means there are new lures to check out. Many new products make their debut at the International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades (ICAST) Show during the summertime but typically do not make it to dealer shelves until the start of the spring fishing season. Perhaps it’s the state of the economy, but there are not as many new lures and rigs for crappie this year as in past seasons. However, the smaller crop of items introduced for 2010 is particularly exciting. Once you have a chance to test them out, you will agree they deserve a place in your tackle box for seasons to come.
