Drop your boat in a strange lake, and in order to find bass, you’ll start looking for the things that hold bass. First, it might be overhead cover. Or you’ll look for rocks, pilings or other similar structure. You might be looking for current or places where the current is forced through a constriction. You’ll probably want to find channel edges and other migratory pathways that bass use. Somewhere in that list of elements, you’ll find bass. The interesting thing is you’ll find most, if not all, of those things by a bridge.
